MICROCEMENT PRIMER N-ABS

1.- Add the PRIMER N-ABS HARDENER to the bucket of PRIMER N-ABS under light mechanical agitation until it is perfectly homogenized.

2.- Dilute with the following amount of water, depending on the absorption and state of the support:

                           On vertical and low-absorption surfaces, 25% water is usually sufficient.
                           As absorption increases an extra 25% can be increased.
                           On horizontal and low absorption surfaces, 50% water is usually sufficient.
                           As absorption increases, an extra 50% can be increased.

3.- Add the water and stir again until it is perfectly homogenized.

Apply on clean and dry substrates.
Do not apply at temperatures below 10 ºC.
Do not apply at high temperatures or on surfaces exposed to sunlight. The ideal temperature is between 15 and 25 ºC.
The ideal relative humidity is between 30 and 70%.
A good air renewal is recommended.
One coat, at the correct dilution, should suffice.
Apply MICROCEMENT BASE 24 to 48 hours after application.
Prevent possible dust on the work from being deposited on the primer.
Check adherence in all systems.

FLOORS: Its correct preparation is essential.

1. Wait until it has fully set (minimum 30 days): Eliminate efflorescence.
2. The pavement must be healthy, clean, dry and, if necessary, screeded.
3. Grease and oils must be completely removed.
4. Shot blasting or bush hammering is the best solution, although in some cases a 15-20% caustic soda solution, followed by rinsing and neutralization with salfumant is sufficient. The ideal porosity of the pavement is also achieved by bush hammering or shot blasting.
5. In soils with moderate porosity, a chemical treatment based on salfumant followed by abundant rinsing with water may be sufficient.
6. In case of doubt, consult our Technical Department before applying a chemical treatment, since it is not always enough. On asphalt supports, never apply at high temperatures, remove foreign products and check that there is no migration of plasticizers.
