    Photoreticulable elastic and waterproof membrane for protection and decoration of façades and exterior walls. Isolates the façade from rainwater. Highly durable and resistant: sunlight (UV), extreme temperatures, rainwater, environmental dirt, microorganisms and mould, chalk, colour degradation, carbonation of concrete, paint ageing. Ideal for professional application. This product contributes to LEED®, BREEAM® and VERDE certifications.

    How to apply?

    Colors

    Bases: White 102, IN and TR Colours from the COF and FACHADAS ETERNA charts. TINTOMETRIC SYSTEMS. Tinted with Montotinte maximum 5%.
    - Do not apply the product at temperatures below 5ºC C or above 35ºC  or with imminent risk of rain.
    - Do not apply in full sun or on excessively humid days.
    - Shake the product until it is perfectly homogenised.
    - For the first coat, dilute the product according to the porosity and state of the surface.
    - Finish with one or more lightly diluted coats until the surface is completely covered.
    Concrete and cement mortars:
    1. Wait until completely set (minimum 30 days).
    2. Use an abrasive jet to remove any potential efflorescence from the base
    3. Neutralise alkaline surfaces.
    4. Sand down highly polished surfaces to open up the mortar.
    5. Remove any strange products and/or residues from the base.
    6. Use a suitable fixative to fix crumbly bases (Fijamont/Emulsion Fijadora).
    7. Use outdoor plaster to fill any defects in the base (Plasmont Fibra Elástico/ Plasmont Exteriores or equivalent from the Montó range)

    Porous bricks:
    1. Remove any cracks, holes or irregularities with Plasmont Exterior or Montó equivalent.
    2. Clean the surface before painting.
    3. It is advisable to apply a primer before painting due to the porosity of the brick, thus avoiding wasting paint.
