MONTOTHERM MORTERO ACRILICO 150

-Shake product until perfectly homogenized.
-In order to avoid excessive surface absorption, prepare surface with  Montokril Liso in same colour.
-Ready to use product. Allows being slightly dilluted.
-This product is usually applied by stainless steel metallic trowel, however, it also may be applied by suitable projection equipment such as specific spray gun with pressure pot provided with suitable size of tugstence carbide nozzles  to permit thick particles or approximately 4mm size to go through.
-After application  by metallic trowel, an outstanding pattern may be obtained by rubbing surface with a clean and wet wooden trowel.  This is done after a short period of time which may vary depending on humidity and temperature conditions (between 0 and 15 minutes).
-Spectacular effect finishes may be obtained by placing adhesive tapes previous application of product and removing them off before product dries.  This technique allows the combination of patterns and colours.
-This product should never be appliedat temperatures below 5º C.
- If the Mortar is used as a finishing layer without a thermal insulation system on the outside, it will necessarily be applied over MONTO thêrm Primer, with the performance indicated in FT.
- Do not wash until after 25-30 days.

Cement morter:
-Wait till complete drying of product (30 days minimum).
-Remove off any efflorescences by abrasive jet and neutralize alkaline surfaces.
-Extremely polished surfaces should be sanpapered to open pores.
-Remove off any foreing products or remains.
-Cover surface imperfections with Plastmont Exteriores (See Family 6 to help you choose the most suitable product to prepare surfaces).

-Plaster:
-Wait till complete drying of product (20% max. Moisture level).
-Remove off any foreign product or product remains.
-Remove off any efflorescences.
-Use a sealant or matt paste to regulate surface absorption.
-Extremely polished surfaces should be sandpapered to open pore.
-Very damaged surfaces should be fixed with suitable product (See Family 6.
)
-Cover surface imperfections with plaster or putty (See Family 6 to help you choose the most suitable product to prepare surfaces).
-Mildewed surfaces should be treated with Montolimp.
